Biography
Cassandra Franco is an associate attorney at Rossi Law Group where she represents various self-insured employers, third party administrators, and insurance companies in workers' compensation cases.
Cassandra is admitted to practice before all California State Courts and the U.S. District Court, Central District of California.
Cassandra initially joined Rossi Law Group as a law clerk during law school. She worked for Rossi Law Group for two years in such capacity prior to joining the firm as an attorney.
Prior to her clerkship at Rossi Law Group, Cassandra served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Judge Anne Horelly of the Los Angeles Workers' Compensation Appeals Board.
Cassandra's legal experience also includes working with unrepresented children facing deportation proceedings before U.S. Immigration Courts, facilitating collaborative mediation sessions for parties commencing marital dissolution proceedings, and assisting with wage and hour class actions and employment discrimination suits. In addition, Cassandra completed a course on international commercial arbitration at the Università di Bologna in Italy.
Cassandra graduated from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. Before attending Law School, Cassandra obtained her bachelor's degree in International Relations and History from Loyola University Chicago.
Cassandra is fluent in Spanish and conversational in Italian.
