Javid Laknahour

Javid Laknahour is an associate attorney at Rossi Law Group, where he practices workers’ compensation defense.

He began practicing law at the age of 24 abroad, where he served as legal counsel for a Korean-based globally top high-tech company, European airlines, and British pharmaceutical corporations for a couple of years. After moving to the United States, he graduated from the University of Colorado School of Law and the University of Southern California Gould School of Law.

He has extensive practice in international arbitration, international commercial litigation, and intellectual property. Additionally, he has experience as counsel in international arbitration cases and as a mediator in the U.S. domestic legal system. Javid is also a member of the California Bar Association.

He served as an arbitrator at the 25th Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Vienna and has written academic articles on clickwrap agreements and the "arbitrability" of international tax disputes.

Before entering the legal profession, he was active in the high-tech industry and also worked as a chef for a period of time. He speaks and writes multiple languages.
