Ali Vassigh is the Vice President of Rossi Law Group. Ali represents various self-insured employers, third party administrators, and insurance companies in workers' compensation cases brought by allegedly injured workers in the appeals board and through the alternative dispute resolution process. Ali has extensive experience handling claims brought in the construction and restaurant industries. He has also had experience in other industries such as farming, livestock, agricultural, nursing, engineering, and public entity. Ali is an aggressive negotiator and regularly garners favorable preemptive settlements for his clients. Ali handles all aspects of workers' compensation claims, including claims for serious and willful misconduct penalties, and L.C. §132a discrimination penalties.
Ali handles cases in several WCAB offices in the Southern California area including Oxnard, Van Nuys, Bakersfield, Fresno, San Luis Obispo, San Diego, Los Angeles, Anaheim, Santa Ana, Long Beach, Marina Del Rey, Pomona, Riverside, and San Bernardino.
Additionally, Ali is accomplished in civil litigation. His successes including a win in a wrongful death trial. Ali also has experience in the appellate courts, including a case resulting in a published opinion.
Ali received his bachelor’s degree from UCLA, graduating cum laude. While at Loyola Law School, Ali earned the CALI award for excellence in education and was invited to be a guest speaker at the Law School Admissions Council's annual meeting and conference. Ali's extensive experience has roots in international law course work conducted in Beijing, China, and Colon, Costa Rica under programs offered in collaboration with the University of International Business and Economics and the University for Peace.
Ali was named a 2021 Rising Star by Super Lawyers and featured in Los Angeles Magazine and Southern California Super Lawyers Magazine. This identifies him as being among the top 2.5% of up and coming attorneys.
