Biography
Tiffany Ariavand is an Associate Attorney at Rossi Law Group, where she practices workers' compensation defense.
Tiffany was admitted to practice before all California State Courts in 2020. She is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts, Central District of California, Eastern District of California, and Northern District of California.
Prior to joining Rossi Law Group in April 2025, Tiffany spent her entire career at a civil litigation firm litigating employment matters including discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination.
Tiffany graduated from Southwestern Law School where she was Co-President of the Iranian Law Student Association.
In her free time, Tiffany enjoys catching up on reality tv shows, traveling, and watching soccer with her husband.
