Heather K. Thielen

Heather K. Thielen is a Senior Attorney at Rossi law Group; she joined the firm in 2018. She is experienced defending all stages and issues in workers’ compensation cases and has appeared in several WCAB offices, including Santa Barbara, Oxnard, Bakersfield, Van Nuys, Marina Del Rey, Long Beach, Los Angeles, and Anaheim.

Heather graduated from UC Santa Barbara and began working for an applicant firm while subsequently attending law school. Upon passing the bar, Heather became an associate attorney working in house for a major insurance company. Heather has also worked at a large private law firm where she gained experience in handling cases from inception to end including deposing applicants and doctors, rating medical reports, and representing several different insurance carriers at the WCAB.

Heather is admitted to practice before all California State Courts and the U.S. District Court, Central District of California.
