Matthew Bohm

Matthew Bohm is an associate attorney at Rossi Law Group, where he heads the law and motion department, drafts pleadings/petitions/appeals at all stages of litigation, analyzes discovery materials, and supports the handling of complex, high-exposure workers’ compensation cases.

Matt is highly tech-savvy and plays an active role in the firm’s evaluation and responsible rollout of artificial intelligence platforms appropriate for legal practice. He assists with assessing AI tools to ensure their safe use in matters involving sensitive, confidential, and privileged information, with a focus on maintaining and complying with all ethical and professional standards.

A Ventura County native, Matt graduated magna cum laude from UCLA with a bachelor’s degree in Gender Studies. He began his career in workers’ compensation law in 2020, working as a law clerk for James Rossi while attending Loyola Law School in downtown Los Angeles.

Matt is admitted to practice before all California state courts.
