Biography
Edward Cho is a Senior Attorney at Rossi Law Group, where he has practiced since joining the firm as an attorney in 2012. While he handles all types of workers’ compensation matters, Edward’s practice emphasizes on the defense of high-exposure and large-loss cases, including complex claims with significant medical, legal, and financial issues.
Edward has extensive experience representing self-insured employers/groups, third-party administrators, and insurance carriers at all stages of workers’ compensation litigation. He has appeared before numerous WCAB offices throughout California, including Bakersfield, Los Angeles, Anaheim, Santa Ana, Long Beach, Marina del Rey, Pomona, Oxnard, and Fresno.
Edward earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, and his Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois College of Law. While in law school, he served on the editorial board of the Environmental Moot Court and represented his school in the National Environmental Law Moot Court Competition.
Before focusing his practice on workers’ compensation defense, Edward developed a strong foundation in legal research and analysis, gaining experience across a broad range of legal topics and statutory frameworks. His background includes extensive document review and professional-level legal proofreading, skills that continue to inform his careful and strategic approach to complex litigation.
