Biography
Monika Straszewski is an associate attorney at Rossi Law Group, where she represents various self-insured employers, third party administrators, and insurance companies in workers' compensation cases. Monika started her career in workers' compensation in 2017, working for James Rossi as a law clerk for two years during her graduate studies at Pepperdine University School of Law.
Monika graduated from Pepperdine University in 2019. Upon graduating, Monika began working as an attorney for Rossi Law Group.
Before moving to California, Monika was engaged in practice of law in Austria. She is fluent in English, German and French. Monika is admitted to practice before all California State Courts and the U.S. District Court, Central District of California.
